We allow size or product exchanges, depending on availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
